[DONNA] Sin thu fhèin, a Chaluim. Dè do chor an-diugh?

[CALUM] Cor math, Donna. Dè do chor fhèin?

[DONNA] Och, chan eil dona. Chan eil adhbhar a bhith a' gearain.

[CALUM] Oh, seadh. Feumaidh gu bheil obair mhath againn an-diugh. A bheil?

[DONNA] Uill, chan eil fhios 'am a bheil i gu bhith math no dona, ach tha obair againn co-dhiù.

[CALUM] Dè th' againn ri dhèanamh, ma-thà?

[DONNA] Tha iad airson sreath de bhidiothan a chur air YouTube airson luchd-ionnsachaidh na Gàidhlig, agus tha iad ag iarraidh logo air a shon. Feumaidh sinne - mise is tusa - an logo sin a dhealbhadh.

[CALUM] Math fhèin! Nach dèan sinn an-dràsta fhèin e? 'S e obair tharraingeach a th' ann an ionnsachadh na Gàidhlig, nach e? Còrdaidh seo rium gu mòr!

[DONNA] Dè tha cho math mu dheidhinn ionnsachadh na Gàidhlig, ma-thà, agus ciamar a nì thu logo mu deidhinn?

[CALUM] Och, tha a h-uile dad cho inntinneach, nach eil? An cultar! An ceòl! An cànan fhèin! Trobhad ort ... Tha rudeigin nam inntinn mar-thà!

[DONNA] Dè? Dè th' agad?

[CALUM] Dè thuirt mi an toiseach? Innis dhomh mus dìochuimhnich sinn!

[DONNA] Rudeigin mu dheidhinn "Cultar na Gàidhlig"?

[CALUM] Aidh ... Aidh. Sin agad e! Rudeigin mar seo, tha mi a' smaoineachadh ... Seadh. Tha sin a' coimhead math. Dè bh' ann an uair sin?

[DONNA] Uh ... ceòl. Ach tha rudeigin eile ann a dh'fheumas mi innse -

[CALUM] Na cuir stad orm fhad 's a tha mi ag obair! Ceòl, ceòl, CEÒL! Sin agad e! Dè eile a bh' ann?

[DONNA] An cànan fhèin - ach mar a thuirt mi -

[CALUM] An cànan! An gràmar! Na fuaimreagan! An tuiseal ginideach! Na h-ainmearan, fireann agus boireann. Sin e! Abair sgioba, eh? Co-dhiù, chan eil a dhìth a-nis ach ainm. Dè an t-ainm a tha iad a' cur air an t-sreath? Dè sgrìobhas mi? Cha do dh'innis thu dhomh.

[DONNA] Chan e nach do dh'fheuch mi. Chan eil ainm ann fhathast. Feumaidh sinn fhìn smaoineachadh air sin cuideachd!

[CALUM] Siuthad, ma-thà. Tha mise deiseil is deònach, ma tha thusa!

[DONNA] There you are, Calum. How's it going today?

[CALUM] It's going well, Donna. How's it going with you?

[DONNA] Oh, not too bad. I can't really complain.

[CALUM] Oh, right. We must have a good job in today. Do we?

[DONNA] Well, I don't know whether it's good or bad, but we've got a job anyway.

[CALUM] What do we have to do, then?

[DONNA] They want to upload a series of videos to YouTube for Gaelic learners and they want a logo for it. We - you and I - have to design that logo.

[CALUM] Fantastic! Shall we do it right now? Learning Gaelic is fascinating, isn't it? I'm really going to enjoy this!

[DONNA] What's so good about learning Gaelic, then, and how will you design a logo for it?

[CALUM] Oh, it's all so interesting, isn't it? The culture! The music! The language itself! Come on ... I have something in mind already!

[DONNA] What? What have you got?

[CALUM] What did I say first? Tell me, before we forget!

[DONNA] Something about "Gaelic Culture"?

[CALUM] Aye ... Aye. That's it! Something like this, I think … Right. That looks good. What was next?

[DONNA] Er ... music. But there's something I have to tell –

[CALUM] Don't interrupt me while I'm working! Music, music, MUSIC! That's it. What else was there?

[DONNA] The language itself - but, as I say –

[CALUM] The language! The grammar! The vowels! The genitive case! The nouns, masculine and feminine. That's it! What a team, eh? Anyway, all we need now is a name. What are they going to call the series? What do I write? You didn't tell me.

[DONNA] It's not as if I didn't try. They don't have a name yet. We have to come up with that too!

[CALUM] Go on, then. I'm ready and willing, if you are!
