We are going to have a look at the Gaelic sound made by the letters th.
In Gaelic, the th sound is pronounced like the English ‘h’, as can be heard in thig a-steach (come in):

The th sound can also be heard in mo thaigh (my house):
my house
And at the beginning of the word athair (a father):
a father
